Welcome! Thanks for stopping by at Diddy and Boo.
Do you find the idea of good old-fashioned home parties appealing but don’t know where to begin?
Are you over the expense and impersonal nature of play centre parties?
Have you ever thought ‘I’m not a crafty mum (or dad!)”?
Would you prefer to celebrate at home but worry you don’t have the time to pull it all together?
Here at Diddy and Boo we believe that life should be celebrated, but that parties need not be elaborate, expensive or over the top in order to be memorable. Consequently we created party printables to help you throw parties at home for your own family. We have a knack for taking coloured paper, cardboard and tape and turning them into simple but fun decorations and games. Together we have been planning parties and celebrations, originally for our extended family and now for our own children, since our high school days.
Our decorator party packs allow you to effortlessly pull together an attractive, co-ordinated party theme. Each pack comes with all the elements you need to easily style an ‘at-home’ party. You simply print off the various items such as invitations, cupcake toppers, water bottle labels and party favour ‘thank yous’. Then use them to decorate your event.
In addition, games and activities are included in some of our packs. These tie in with the various themes enabling you to easily entertain your guests. We hope we are able to help you with your next ‘at-home’ party.
Who are we at Diddy and Boo?
We are sisters, Vanessa and Alex, who share not only genetics but a love of all things paper, parties and decorations. We are also mums and aunties to this bunch of cuties.
Vanessa – the one with the idea of Diddy and Boo
Vanessa lives in Sydney with her husband, their four (mostly) adorable kids, and an ever changing number of goldfish. She takes too many photos, writes too many to-do lists, drinks too many cups of tea, and is always on the look-out for her next creative project .
Some of Vanessa’s Favourites:
- Colour – Cherry red
- Tea – English Breakfast
- Book- “Pride and Prejudice” by Jane Austen
- Fun Fact – Our logo features my sons much loved owl “Diddy” and bear “Boo“!
Alex – the one who jumped on board with Diddy and Boo
Hanging from one of the lower rungs of the corporate ladder, Alex never dreamt she would one day become a blogger. However her natural flair for all things creative has happily led her to this point. She lives in Sydney with her husband, their two very cute kids, and an overflowing craft cupboard.
Some of Alex’s Favourites:
- Colour – Green
- Tea – Chai (latte, even better)
- Band – U2
- Movie – “She’s Having A Baby”
