How do printables work? Once I order a printable pack then what happens?
Once you place your order and payment has been received, your digital printable file will be sent to your email. Click on the link and download the file to save it to your computer. From there you can print the file at home or take it to a local print shop. We include instructions and ideas to help you with the assembly and use of your printables.
What do you send me?
Diddy and Boo products are offered as printable items. All of our designs are emailed as a digital printable file. Packages are available in PDF format. We do not send physical products.
How do I open printables?
All our printables are bundled as zipped PDF files. You will need to extract the zip on your computer. Windows file folder has an extract option in the menus. To view the PDF file you will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer to open and print your purchased items. Click here to download Adobe Reader (https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/)
Can I type in my text or edit the designs once I receive them?
All of our designs are sent as locked protected PDF files and are copyrighted. They can be opened with Adobe Acrobat. They cannot be resized, altered or edited except by Diddy and Boo.
Can you print my order?
We currently do not offer printing services for our printable packages. You will receive a PDF file of your purchased items including instructions and ideas for use, as well as suggestions for how to print the files at home.
What should I print the items on?
We generally recommend either standard white printer paper or white card stock.
I have printed a page but the edges of the image are chopped off. What can I do?
In your print preview options, you can either select “Fit to Page” or you can select a print size lower than 100%.
Why do some packs have both a coloured template and black and white template of the same product?
Some customers prefer to print the black and white template onto coloured paper to minimise the use of their coloured ink cartridges. However this option is only available for single colour products. E.g. orange witches hats in the construction pack.
Do you offer customized printables?
Not at this stage. However, feel free to send us your suggestions for future printable designs.
Can I split packs?
No. Each printable package is sold as a complete set. You can decide how many of the items to use for your event.
Can download the pack again in 2 years?
No. Each download link has 30 expiry date. Please keep the files and reuse for future parties.
